Studio Details

STUDIO & LOCATION

Where is the studio located and what are the access hours?

13106 Lookout Ridge San Antonio TX 78233. Located near I-35 and 1604, 5 minutes from IKEA. Access is available from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM daily for booked sessions.

Is dedicated parking available for clients and crew?

Yes! The parking lot is gated, adjacent to the building and has 18 parking spaces

How big is the studio?

The studio is 5,000 sqft total. The production sound stage is 2,500 sqft,

48ft Wx48ft L, 17ft ceilings. We have two drive in bay doors 12ftx12ft.

Is there enough power?

We are on a Phase 1 system with plenty of power outlets throughout the studio. There are 6 junction points throughout the main stage. We've hosted small to very large productions running a full studio setup with lights and computers going and have never had a problem, and can even power a 20ftx10ft LED screen.

Can I drive a car into the studio?

Yes! You can easily fit a car or truck inside. If you wish to shoot the car on the white cyc there is an additional $150 fee.

Do I need to bring my own equipment?

The white cyclorama wall comes pre lit so now worries there but you will need to provide your own lights and cameras. We also have additional lighting and grip gear available for rent on-site. For specialty equipment like dollies, jibs, or specialty lenses, we can connect you with our trusted grip gear vendors who deliver directly to the studio.

Is there a hair and makeup room?

Yes — we have a dedicated hair and makeup room with mirrors, lighting, and seating. It's included with your studio booking at no extra charge.

WHAT'S INCLUDED

What standard equipment is included with a studio rental?

When booking the white cyc it comes with a prelight wall, using 200W Neewer RGB lights. You also have access to 5 C-stands, paper backdrop stand, and stools. Additional lighting is available for rent but quantity is limited. We will be providing more lights in the future.

Are seamless paper backdrops provided?

Yes. We maintain a stock of standard colors white, black, grey, baby blue, red, and yellow which are included.

PRICING & BOOKING

What is the minimum booking duration?

Our standard minimum booking is 1.5 hours.

What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?

Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the booking receive a full refund. Rescheduling within 48 hours incurs a 20% administrative fee.

PODCAST STUDIOS

What is the capacity of the podcast recording spaces?

Our acoustic-treated podcast studios comfortably seat up two guests and can fit up to 4 people. Within the podcast studio you can fit about 5 more additional people, but we have a dedicated green room for that as well.

Is recording equipment included in the podcast studio rate?

3 Sony ZV-E10 cameras (two on host and guest, one wide), Suriu Sniper f/1.2 lenses, premium Zoom microphones on podcast mic arms, professional sound treatment, dynamic RGB lighting, headphone monitoring, and a full multicam video edit of your episode. You just show up and start talking.

Do I have to operate the equipment?

No! You don't need any camera or audio equipment knowledge to record here. We handle all the camera, audio, AND editing.

Do I edit my own podcast?

We handle the multicam podcast edit as well and deliver to your email within 1-2 business days. We are happy to dump the RAW footage from each camera on a provided hard drive if you supply one at your recording.

PRODUCTION SERVICES

Do you provide crew for productions?

We are happy to shoot your project given the scope but we maintain a network of vetted San Antonio cinematographers, gaffers, grips, production assistants, makeup artists, and more. If you need crew, we can help you build your team from our roster. We also have connections to grip gear vendors, catering, and other production support services.

Can the studio handle set construction and styling?

While we do not build sets in-house, we have a roster of preferred set designers and fabricators who regularly work within our space.

Can I bring food or arrange catering?

Absolutely. We don't provide catering in-house, but we can connect you with local caterers as well.

Studio Layout

The entire studio is 5,000 Sqft of viable production space. Rent the Main Studio, podcast studio, Content Studio, an editing bay, or rent the entire studio for a day long, week long, or months long project.

Custom pricing for longer shoots is available up request.
